Find Party Bus Rentals in High Point
Partybusdurham.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation operator. What that means for you is actually great news: instead of calling eight different companies around the Triad, describing your trip from scratch each time, and waiting on callbacks that never quite match up — you fill out one form and see vehicles, amenities, and pricing from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the whole region. Compare your options side by side and find exactly what fits your group.
Party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos — it's all here, any day, any time. Not limited to one fleet means you get far more choices at far better prices than calling a single local company ever could. Call 919-221-6059 for a free quote in under a minute, or use the online tool right now — no account, no obligation.

Common High Point Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every trip out of High Point calls for the same ride. A 25-passenger party bus heading downtown for a bachelorette night typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound. A minibus shuttling wedding guests between a venue on Emerywood Parkway and a hotel block closer to I-85 is more about climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage — comfort over amenities.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which matter a lot when your group is making a long haul to Charlotte or heading back late from a Greensboro Coliseum show.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider. The quote tool lets you filter by what your group actually needs — call 919-221-6059 and a support team is ready to help narrow it down.

Compare High Point Party Bus Prices Side by Side
High Point sits at the geographic center of the Piedmont Triad, which means most group trips here cross county lines — over to the Greensboro Coliseum, up to Winston-Salem, out to RDU, or down I-85 to Charlotte. A single-fleet local company might cover part of that range well. A comparison site that pulls from a network of independently owned companies serving the whole Triad covers all of it — and gives you real options to weigh, not just whatever that one company has available that weekend.
Partybusdurham.com puts a wide range of vehicles and price points in front of you in one place. No account required to see quotes. No callbacks to track.
No describing your trip from scratch to four different dispatchers. You fill out one form — or call 919-221-6059 any day, any time — and compare vehicles and pricing for your specific date and group size. That's the whole model, and it works.
Whether you need one minibus for a rehearsal dinner shuttle or a fleet of charter buses for a High Point Market shuttle circuit, the quote tool handles it.
Group Transportation Services for High Point Events
From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert transportation, bachelorette nights, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever the occasion, a bus in the network is ready. Call 919-221-6059 or fill out the online form and see what's available for your date.

High Point Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) sits about 14 miles north of downtown High Point via I-40 West — a straightforward run on a clear Tuesday afternoon and a genuine slog during morning rush or on days when Furniture Market traffic backs up the Wendover Avenue interchange. For groups flying in together, coordinating multiple rideshares from the terminal creates the exact kind of staggered-arrival chaos that ruins a tight itinerary. A minibus or charter bus staged at the terminal commercial lane keeps everyone together from the moment luggage hits the belt.
Groups flying out of RDU instead — about 55 miles east via I-40 — face a longer haul and real parking costs at the terminal garages. One charter bus for the whole group is a straightforward answer. Call 919-221-6059 to get your High Point airport shuttle quote set up fast.

High Point Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A High Point bachelorette night doesn't have to stay in High Point. The Triad's nightlife triangle — Greensboro's South Elm Street bar district, downtown Winston-Salem's Trade Street corridor, and High Point's own Uptowne district — gives a party bus itinerary plenty to work with across a single evening without anyone navigating between cities on their own. Popular bachelorette stops in the area include local cocktail bars, rooftop spots, and live music venues spread across all three cities.
A bachelorette party bus rental in the 20–30 passenger range is the right fit for most groups — room for the whole squad, LED lighting, a bar setup, and Bluetooth sound for the ride between stops. Weekend rates on a 30-passenger party bus typically run $325–$425 per hour as a planning benchmark. The night runs on your schedule, not a rideshare app's surge map.
Call 919-221-6059 to lock in your date.

High Point Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival makes a statement at any High Point celebration venue — whether the event is at a banquet hall off Eastchester Drive, a private venue in the Emerywood neighborhood, or a restaurant on North Main Street. For Sweet 16s and quinceañeras especially, arriving by party bus is half the moment. Smaller party buses seating 15 work well for the inner circle; a 40-passenger bus handles larger guest lists comfortably.
For adult milestone birthdays that end the evening at a bar or a late-night venue across the Triad, a party bus keeps every guest in one place for the whole night — no one peeling off early because they drove themselves, no one relying on surge pricing to get home at 2 a.m. Fill out the quick form or call 919-221-6059 to check availability and compare vehicles for your date. Check the birthday party bus page for more details.

High Point Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most major concerts serving the High Point area happen at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex (1921 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27403), about 12 miles west on I-40. The complex's main arena, First Horizon Coliseum, seats up to 23,500 for arena shows — which means thousands of people all trying to reach Gate City Boulevard at the same time after the encore. Parking is available in the Coliseum lots, but postgame exits on Holden Road and Lee Street back up fast, and rideshare pickup queues stretch well into the parking area on sold-out nights.
A High Point concert bus rental drops your group at the Coliseum entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed-upon spot after the show — no hunting for your car, no wait in the rideshare line, no one navigating home after a long night. Call 919-221-6059 to check availability for your show date.

High Point Corporate Event Transportation
High Point's corporate calendar revolves around one event above all others: the High Point Market, the world's largest home furnishings trade show, drawing more than 75,000 attendees to over 11.5 million square feet of showroom space twice a year — in April and October. During Market week, surface parking downtown disappears entirely, ride-hailing demand spikes, and hotels from High Point to Greensboro and Winston-Salem fill months in advance. Corporate groups shuttling buyers, vendors, and staff between hotel blocks and showroom clusters on South Main Street or North Hamilton Street need a dedicated shuttle plan, not an ad hoc rideshare strategy.
A High Point corporate shuttle built around Market week keeps your team on a reliable loop and your clients off their feet. Charter buses and minibuses both work for this — the right pick depends on your group size and how many showroom stops are on the itinerary. Call 919-221-6059 well ahead of April or October; Market week availability books out fast.

High Point Private Event Transportation Services
The High Point Market biannual schedule — April and October — is the most obvious demand spike for private charter transportation in the city, but it's far from the only one. Family reunions, church retreats, corporate team-building days, and large private parties all generate real group transportation needs throughout the year. The logistical challenge in High Point specifically is that the city's major venues, hotels, and gathering points spread across a wide footprint — the showroom district near Hamilton Street, the Uptowne entertainment area, the Mendenhall Terminal vicinity, and residential event spaces in Emerywood all require vehicles that can handle a multi-stop itinerary.
A charter bus or minibus keeps a large private group moving together without anyone getting separated or stranded between stops. For groups visiting during Market week, book at minimum two to three months ahead — hotel and transportation availability both compress fast as April and October approach. Call 919-221-6059 or visit the private event transportation page to get a quote.

High Point Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
High Point is home to several high schools — including High Point Central, Southwest Guilford, and Wesleyan Christian Academy — that hold prom and homecoming events in the April–May and September–October windows. Demand for party buses across Guilford County spikes hard during those six weeks, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when multiple schools are running events simultaneously.
For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and thin availability by spring. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the most common fit for a prom group — enough room for the whole friend group with amenities that make the ride part of the night. Weekday rates on a 20-passenger party bus run $250–$350 per hour as a planning range; weekend prom-night rates climb.
Don't wait. Call 919-221-6059 or visit the prom party bus page now.

High Point School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Guilford County Schools operates dozens of campuses across the High Point and Greensboro area, and field trips regularly reach destinations like the High Point Museum (1859 E Lexington Ave, High Point, NC 27262), the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro (about 35 miles south via US-220), and the Greensboro Science Center (4301 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455). Longer excursions to the NC Zoo involve a sustained highway run on US-220, and coordinating carpool logistics for 60 students across that route is a headache teachers don't need on top of everything else.
A charter bus for school groups keeps students together, eliminates the parking and carpool coordination burden, and — for trips to the Zoo — typically includes onboard restrooms on full-size vehicles, cutting down on pit-stop delays on US-220. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just mention it when you request your quote. Call 919-221-6059 to build a school trip package.

High Point Sporting Event Transportation
High Point University's Panthers field NCAA Division I athletics, and home basketball games at Qubein Arena (1 University Pkwy, High Point, NC 27268) draw consistent student and community crowds to the HPU campus. Parking on and around campus tightens quickly on game nights, especially for visitors unfamiliar with the one-way pattern around University Parkway. A minibus or small charter bus drops your group at the arena entrance and stages nearby — no circling the campus grid looking for a legal spot.
For fans heading to bigger Triad sporting events — Greensboro Swarm games at the Fieldhouse, Greensboro Grasshoppers at First National Bank Field, or any arena event at First Horizon Coliseum — a High Point sporting event bus rental makes the cross-city run easy. The Coliseum's postgame parking exits on Lee Street and Holden Road are genuinely painful on a sold-out night; one bus handles the whole group at once. Call 919-221-6059 to check availability.

High Point Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
High Point's wedding venue landscape spans everything from the historic Emerywood area estates to event spaces near downtown and rural properties south toward Randolph County. The common thread across all of them: guests traveling from hotels on I-85 Business or near the Furniture Market district need a reliable shuttle that doesn't depend on rideshare availability in a city where Uber and Lyft coverage thins out fast after 10 p.m.
A High Point wedding shuttle bus handles the hotel-block-to-venue loop cleanly — multiple departure times, no guest left waiting in a parking lot, no one navigating rural Guilford County roads in formalwear on a dark Saturday night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the bridal party itself on the wedding morning. For large guest lists requiring multiple vehicles, the network can supply a coordinated fleet.
Call 919-221-6059 to build your wedding transportation timeline.

High Point Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Yadkin Valley wine region — North Carolina's most established wine trail — begins about 45 miles northwest of High Point via US-421 and NC-67, putting wineries like RagApple Lassie Vineyards (3724 RagApple Lassie Ln, Boonville, NC 27011) and several neighboring Yadkin Valley estates within easy reach for a day-trip itinerary. Closer to home, Guilford and Forsyth counties have their own growing craft beverage scene, with breweries and taprooms scattered across downtown Greensboro and Winston-Salem's West End neighborhood.
A High Point winery tour bus rental keeps the whole group together across every stop — no designated-driver conversation, no splitting into two cars because someone's nervous about the mountain roads near the Yadkin. A minibus in the 15–25 passenger range is the right size for most winery tour groups and handles the rural routes north of High Point easily. Call 919-221-6059 to build your tour itinerary and get a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About High Point Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusdurham.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusdurham.com?
Partybusdurham.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It connects you to a network of independently owned bus and transportation companies serving High Point and the broader Piedmont Triad — so you can compare vehicles, amenities, and pricing in one place instead of calling company after company. It does not operate buses or provide transportation directly.
How does Partybusdurham.com work?
Fill out the online quote form with your trip date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations. In seconds, you'll see available vehicles with pictures and pricing from companies serving your area. Prefer to talk it through?
Call 919-221-6059 any day, any time, and the support team can build a custom quote based on your exact needs. No account required, no obligation.
How much does a party bus cost in High Point?
High Point party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle type, the day of the week, and your trip length. As a planning reference: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour; a 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$375 per hour depending on the day; a full-size charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour. Those are ranges to help you budget — your actual quote moves with your specific date and itinerary.
Fill out the form or call 919-221-6059 and you can have a quote in about a minute.
When is the worst time to book last-minute in High Point?
High Point Market weeks in April and October are the single tightest windows for transportation availability in the city. With 75,000+ attendees descending on an 11.5-million-square-foot showroom district, every bus and van in the Triad fills up fast — sometimes months out. Prom season (April–May) compounds the crunch on weekend nights.
If your trip falls anywhere near those windows, book as early as you possibly can. Call 919-221-6059 the moment your date is confirmed.
Can a party bus or charter bus handle multiple stops across the Triad?
Yes — and for Triad trips specifically, multi-stop itineraries are the norm. A bachelorette night might start in High Point's Uptowne district, move to a South Elm Street bar in Greensboro, and finish at a Winston-Salem venue on Trade Street. A corporate shuttle might loop between three showroom clusters during Market week.
When you request your quote, include all your stops and approximate timing, and the support team can match you with the right vehicle and build the route around your plan.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a High Point group?
A party bus is built for celebration — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a bar area, flat-panel TVs, and sound systems optimized for a night out. A charter bus (40–56 passengers) is built for movement — forward-facing reclining seats, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and overhead storage, all optimized for longer hauls and larger headcounts. For a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl, a party bus wins.
For a High Point Market shuttle circuit or a school group heading to the NC Zoo, a charter bus is the smarter fit.
Does the bus drop off right at my venue, or do we get dropped somewhere nearby?
In most cases, a charter bus or party bus can pull directly to a venue's entrance for drop-off. Specific loading zones, approach roads, and staging areas vary by venue — and in dense areas like downtown Greensboro or the High Point showroom district during Market week, the bus may need to use a designated commercial lane or nearby staging lot. When you call 919-221-6059 to set up your quote, mention your specific venue, and the team can factor those logistics into your plan from the start.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, two to three months ahead gives you solid vehicle selection and reasonable pricing. For High Point Market week (April and October), prom season (April–May), and any Saturday night between May and September, push that to four to six months minimum. The earlier you lock in, the more options you have and the less you pay.
Call 919-221-6059 as soon as your date is set — availability is real and it does run out.
Popular High Point Party Bus Destinations
High Point and the surrounding Triad offer a wide mix of venues and destinations that group transportation serves well — from trade show showrooms and university arenas to wineries, breweries, and performing arts venues across three cities. Here are six destinations where a party bus or charter bus rental makes the most sense.

High Point Market Showroom District
The High Point Market Authority oversees more than 11.5 million square feet of showroom space concentrated around South Main Street, North Hamilton Street, and Commerce Avenue in downtown High Point. During the April and October markets, pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the core district becomes genuinely gridlocked, and surface parking disappears by mid-morning on opening day. Many exhibitors and buyers stage hotel blocks in Greensboro or Winston-Salem — 15 to 25 miles out — and rely on shuttle circuits to reach showrooms each day.
A dedicated minibus or charter bus on a timed loop between a hotel block and the showroom district eliminates the parking and traffic calculus entirely, keeps a buying team on a shared schedule, and costs far less per person than individual rideshares over four or five Market days. Book Market week transportation at minimum three months ahead. Address: High Point Market Authority, 164 S Main St, High Point, NC 27260

Qubein Arena and Conference Center
Opened in 2020 on the High Point University campus, Qubein Arena (1 University Pkwy, High Point, NC 27268) seats up to 5,000 for basketball and hosts concerts, commencement ceremonies, and community events year-round. The arena sits inside the HPU campus footprint, and campus parking is managed through the university's own system — visitor lots fill quickly during sold-out basketball nights and large events, and the one-way road pattern around University Parkway trips up first-time visitors. A minibus or small charter bus drops a group directly at the arena entrance and can stage in a nearby lot while the event runs, eliminating the campus parking search entirely.
For HPU graduation weekends in May, transportation demand spikes across the whole High Point area — book well ahead of any spring campus event. Phone: (336) 888-6200

Greensboro Coliseum Complex
At 12 miles west of High Point via I-40, the Greensboro Coliseum Complex (1921 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27403) is the region's largest entertainment venue — its main arena, First Horizon Coliseum, seats up to 23,500 and hosts NCAA tournament games, major concert tours, and Disney on Ice, alongside the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center and the Piedmont Hall convention space. The complex has its own surface lots and a parking deck, but postgame exits onto Gate City Boulevard, Lee Street, and Holden Road back up significantly after sold-out events. Rideshare pickup zones on high-demand nights stretch a long walk from the main exits.
A High Point charter bus rental handles the I-40 run in about 20 minutes, drops your group at the Coliseum entrance, and picks everyone up at a set meeting point after the show — no post-event navigation, no parking fees. Check the Lenovo Center blog for related arena transportation guidance. Phone: (336) 373-7400

North Carolina Zoo
The North Carolina Zoo (4401 Zoo Pkwy, Asheboro, NC 27205) sits about 35 miles south of High Point via US-220 South and is one of the largest natural-habitat zoos in the world — covering more than 2,600 acres with over 1,800 animals across North American and African habitats. The Zoo draws school groups, family reunions, and corporate team-building events from across the Piedmont, and the US-220 corridor between High Point and Asheboro has limited rest stop options. A charter bus with an onboard restroom eliminates the roadside pit-stop problem on the 45-minute drive.
The Zoo's main parking area at Zoo Parkway can accommodate charter buses, and the North America entrance is the standard arrival point for large groups. Admission is $20 for adults and $16 for children; group rates are available through the Zoo directly. Phone: (336) 879-7001

RagApple Lassie Vineyards
RagApple Lassie Vineyards (3724 RagApple Lassie Ln, Boonville, NC 27011) is one of the anchor properties in the Yadkin Valley AVA — North Carolina's first federally designated wine appellation — about 45 miles northwest of High Point via US-421 North and NC-67. The winery produces estate-grown Cabernet Franc, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon across 80 acres, with tasting room hours typically running Friday through Monday. The roads leading into the Yadkin Valley from High Point are rural two-lane routes, narrow in spots and genuinely disorienting after dark.
A minibus handles the group comfortably and navigates the rural approach roads without the stress of a multicar convoy sorting itself out at every turn. Most winery tour groups pair RagApple Lassie with one or two neighboring Yadkin Valley estates for a full-day itinerary. Confirm current tasting room hours before your visit.
Phone: (336) 367-6000

High Point Museum
The High Point Museum (1859 E Lexington Ave, High Point, NC 27262) preserves the history of High Point's furniture industry and its broader Guilford County heritage across several on-site historic structures, including the 1754 Haley House and the 1786 John Haley House — two of the oldest surviving buildings in the region. The museum is a popular field trip destination for Guilford County Schools groups and a natural anchor for history-focused private tours of the High Point area. Parking in the museum lot is manageable for small visitor groups but can tighten when multiple school buses arrive simultaneously on the same morning.
The museum is free to visit and open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Groups should contact the museum ahead of time to coordinate arrival timing. A charter bus or minibus handles school group transportation without the carpool coordination headache.
